(Senior) IT Systems Engineer - Focus NSX-T (m/w/d)

The responsibility of the Department Platform Services with its teams Infrastructure as a Service, Storage & Backup Operations, Network Operations, Security Operations, and Platform as a Service lies in the smooth operation of all platforms for our customers and noris network AG. The Team Infrastructure as a Service is responsible for operating virtualization environments in our data centers.

Tasks

• Operation of VMware NSX-T with the following focus points:

• Second- and Third-Level Troubleshooting

• Lifecycle Management

• Adapting BGP Peerings, for example, new Edge Node Peering

• Adapting routing via Prefix Lists

• Supporting our customers in implementing Micro-Segmentation

Qualification

• Fundamental knowledge of operating NSX-T environments
• Ideal knowledge of physical switch areas, such as Arista or Juniper
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Communication and team skills
• Flexible and self-reliant working style
