We are an advertising agency that helps skilled trades companies to receive more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies. We therefore market medium-sized companies as attractive employers on social networks.

Do you have experience with digital topics and are familiar with Low-Code/No-Code solutions as well as API tools like Zapier or Make.com – or are you able to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with them? Then our IT and Business Development department is the right place for you.

As a Senior IT System Integrator No-Code / Low-Code (m/f/d), you will design and automate our processes with modern tools. You will ensure that systems mesh, data flows run smoothly, and our processes become even more efficient.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Automation of our business processes with No-Code / Low-Code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make

• Setup, maintenance, and management of Airtable databases

• Development of front-ends and interfaces with No-Code / Low-Code tools

• Management and further development of our CRM system (especially HubSpot)

• Planning, implementation, and integration of new business processes

• Documentation & conception of digital business processes

• User training & support

Salary: Senior IT System Integrator No-Code / Low-Code (m/f/d): €6,300 gross per month

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or an apprenticeship in the IT field – alternatively, comparable, demonstrable professional experience in IT / automation (even if self-taught)

• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, excellent analytical skills, and very quick comprehension

• Several years of experience in project management, as well as high discipline and pronounced organizational skills

• Strong results and solution orientation, as well as the ability not only to understand existing processes but also to optimize them independently and sustainably

• Excellent teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and a confident, self-assured demeanor

• Excellent written communication skills in German

• High resilience and a professional approach to performance pressure
