Aufgaben

Your tasks – technically challenging, versatile, and close to people

As Senior IT-System Administrator (m/w/d), you will take on a key role in the support and development of municipal IT infrastructure.

You plan, install, and configure modern IT systems and high-performance networks for several municipalities and ensure stable, secure, and future-oriented operation. In this process, you work not only operationally but also bring your experience actively into architecture and infrastructure decisions.

You have fundamental expertise in at least two of the following technologies: VMware, Veeam, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, or PowerShell.

You take over data security and tasks in 2nd- and 3rd-level support.

At the same time, you are more than just an administrator:

As a competent point of contact, you advise mayors and IT managers on site in all technical questions. You translate complex IT topics into understandable solutions and support the implementation of digital strategies in practice.

You combine technical know-how with communication strength – and shape the digital future of municipalities actively.

Qualifikation

• A successful technical degree, a training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification with advanced technical knowledge
• Fundamental knowledge in complex IT structures and a process-oriented, analytical, and structured working style
• High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously integrate new technologies and fields of expertise
• A driver's license for class B for deployments in the company-owned pool vehicle at the municipalities on site
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
