Tasks
- Plan, implement, and optimize IT solutions – from virtualization with Hyper-V to cloud services like Azure and Microsoft 365, including ensuring a stable and reliable IT infrastructure.
- Independent planning and implementation of IT projects as well as coordination of external service providers.
- Administration and further development of the UEM system (e.g., Matrix42) as well as participation in IT standards, processes, and guidelines (e.g., ITIL).
- Maintenance, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware and software as well as the backup system (Veeam).
- Analysis and processing of major incidents, documentation of solutions, and creation of instructions for the knowledge database.
- Active participation in certifications and recertifications (e.g., TISAX, ISO 27001).
Qualification
- Degree or training in IT/information technology or a comparable qualification.
- Very good knowledge of Windows server administration, Hyper-V, and Veeam.
- Fundamental experience with network architectures, routing, switching, VPN (IPSEC/SSL), VLAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- In-depth knowledge of IT security and firewalls (e.g., Sophos).
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, M365) as well as ideal PowerShell scripting and interest in artificial intelligence.
- Experience in leading and participating in IT projects.
- Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
