Senior IT-System Administrator (m/w/d)

Shape as an experienced IT systems professional the digital future of a modern company and take responsibility for a stable, secure, and future-proof IT infrastructure.

Tasks

• Plan, implement, and optimize IT solutions – from virtualization with Hyper-V to cloud services (e.g. Azure, M365) with focus on stability and availability.
• Independent planning and implementation of IT projects as well as coordination of external service providers.
• Administration and further development of the UEM system (e.g. Matrix42) as well as participation in IT standards, processes, and guidelines (e.g. ITIL).
• Maintenance, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware and software as well as the backup system (e.g. Veeam).
• Processing and analysis of major incidents, documentation of solutions, and creation of instructions for the knowledge database.
• Active participation in certification and recertification procedures (e.g. TISAX, ISO 27001).

Qualifications

• Degree or training with a focus on IT/informatics.
• Very good knowledge of Windows server administration, Hyper-V, and Veeam.
• Fundamental experience with network architectures, routing, switching, VPN (IPSEC and SSL), VLAN, DNS, DHCP.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security and firewalls (e.g. Sophos).
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft Azure, M365); ideally extended knowledge in PowerShell scripting and artificial intelligence.
• Experience in leading and participating in IT projects.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
