Senior IT System & Network Administrator

Ideal Candidate

Minimum experience: 10 years in the IT field, with at least 5 years in system and network administration.︄

Solid knowledge in:
Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, backup, cost management);
Office 365 / SharePoint Online / Exchange Online;
Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy;
VPN site-to-site and remote configuration;
LAN/WAN network topology, DNS, DHCP, firewall, NAT;
IT security and access management.

Practical skills for hardware and software troubleshooting for peripheral equipment from agencies.
Knowledge about network devices: Mikrotik, TP-Link, Zyxel, Cisco (advantage).
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, CCNA) – constitute an advantage.
Proactive attitude, orientation towards solutions and ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
Excellent technical and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Description

Complete administration of Microsoft Azure infrastructure (virtual machines, virtual networks, backup, security).
Management and administration of the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environment, including:

Exchange Online,
SharePoint Online,
Teams,
Azure ID (Azure AD).

Maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, communication equipment).
Configuration, testing, and maintenance of VPN tunnels between the central office and agency locations.
Network traffic monitoring and identification of potential security incidents or congestion.
Diagnostics and resolution of hardware and software issues for equipment in agencies:

PCs, monitors, webcams, printers, electronic balances, NVRs, video cameras, UPSs, routers, internet connections.

Tech support via remote phone or desktop from the central office and on-site interventions.
Collaboration with IT service providers and internet suppliers for incident resolution.
Documentation of IT infrastructure and permanent updating of work procedures.
Ensuring IT infrastructure availability according to internal SLAs.
