Aufgaben

• Verantwortung übernehmen: You plan and implement complex IT projects for our customers – from migration to network extensions to automation.
• Technologie treiben: You work with modern AI-based RMM systems and efficiently manage thousands of servers and clients.
• Infrastruktur meistern: In our two own, state-of-the-art data centers, you can fully utilize your skills in virtualization, network, and security.
• Probleme lösen (3rd Level & Escalation): You are the expert for tricky cases in 2nd-level support and support the team with complex disruptions.
• Zukunft gestalten: You evaluate new technologies and implement future-proof solutions that move our customers forward.
• Beraten & Kommunizieren: You are the technical point of contact for our customers and translate complex requirements into understandable solutions.

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung & Erfahrung: You have a solid IT education (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a study and possess several years of professional experience in system engineering.
• Tech-Stack: You possess deep knowledge in current server technologies (Windows/Linux), virtualization (e.g. VMware/Hyper-V), and network infrastructures (firewalls, routing, VLANs).
