Senior IT Specialist (m/w/d)

Shape the IT restart of an established production site.

The RHB-Industries GmbH is since July 1, 2026 the new owner of the former AUMOVIO production site in Rheinböllen. As a reliable and exclusive manufacturing partner of AUMOVIO Germany GmbH, we take over the order processing for brake pad production.

The Rheinböllen site produces, among other things, bushings and electric parking brakes. With around 320 employees, the plant is one of the most important production sites in the region.

To strengthen our IT department on site, we are looking for a committed person who actively shapes the further development and smooth operation of our IT systems.

Tasks

• Konzeption, Planung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen (Hard- und Software, Datenbanken)
• Implementierung, Konfiguration und Betrieb neuer sowie bestehender Systeme
• Analyse and implementation of IT requirements from production, logistics, and commercial areas
• Betreuung and optimization of applications and interfaces (e.g. SAP, MES)
• Sicherstellung of a stable system operation as well as conducting tests, updates, and performance analyses
• Support and guidance for the departments as well as conducting training sessions

Qualification

• Completed studies in IT, software engineering or comparable
• Multiple years of experience in the IT field, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Fundamental knowledge of databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL), operating systems and networks
• Experience with SAP and interface technologies as well as production IT systems
• Knowledge in software development (e.g. C#, PHP, JavaScript) is advantageous
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and excellent teamwork skills
• Readiness for occasional on-call availability within the scope of IT support
