Senior IT Solution Specialist (m/f/d) - fixed term for 2 years

This is a hybrid full-time position, which means that you'll be working on-site as well as remotely. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing innovative IT solutions to support business processes; • Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT requirements; • Designing and implementing technical architectures for complex systems; • Ensuring the integration of new technologies into existing systems; • Providing expert advice on IT-related topics to colleagues and management; • Identifying and mitigating potential risks in IT projects; • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders; • Participating in project meetings and contributing to the development of project plans; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, information systems, business administration); • At least 5 years of experience in IT solution design and implementation; • Strong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, and security principles; • Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban); • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in German and English.
