High degree of autonomy and the ability to drive complex GRC projects independently from inception to completion. Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with IT security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and SOC 2. Familiarity with risk management methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
