Your tasks

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process, from needs analysis, candidate sourcing, interviews, to contract negotiation on a global level
• Close collaboration with hiring managers to provide advice, precisely understand needs, and attract suitable candidates
• Development and implementation of efficient recruiting strategies (Active Sourcing, Employer Branding, Candidate Experience)
• Monitoring of key figures (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-Acceptance-Rate,…) and continuous optimization of processes
• In the future: Taking on team lead responsibility and co-shaping the recruiting strategy
• Diverse scope for design and a appreciative work atmosphere in a modern, digital, and international work environment

Your profile

• Recruiting expertise and approx. 5 years of work experience, ideally in an (international) consulting firm or IT company
• Strong cultural sensitivity as well as strengths in stakeholder management and relationship building
• Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken)
• Enjoy working with digital (recruiting) tools and social media
• Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and organizational talent
• Completed degree or comparable qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
