Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) in Financial Services Consulting

Your tasks

• Project governance and project planning
• Process modeling and coordination of meetings and workshops
• Management and further development of project management processes
• Risk and issue management
• Change management
• Resource planning and budget control
• Support with contract management, negotiations, and billing issues
• Communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Building and maintaining project relationships on the client and supplier side as well as within the organization

Your profile

• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in the financial services industry or in management consulting
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and track tasks
• Very good communication, moderation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, as well as common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, HP ALM, Octane)
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading IT projects using both classic (Waterfall) and agile methodologies (Agile / Scrum)
• Ability to connect the operational project management of functional and/or technical teams (internal and external) with the requirements of management and senior management stakeholders
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
