As a Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will systematize process flows, implement projects independently, and introduce new processes in our company. Together with us, you will work on the future of Cordes Consulting and drive our company's growth.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Establish Business Processes: In order for us to continue growing, we need excellent business processes and workflows. As a Business Informatics Specialist - Full-time (m/f/d), you will introduce these into our company, setting the course for our growth.

• Process Improvement: As a Business Informatics Specialist - Full-time (m/f/d), you must understand and oversee all of our business processes. You will identify potential improvements and optimize our internal workflows.

• Accompany Projects: You will support the introduction of new IT systems and lead internal projects that advance our company.
  

• Training: Once you have established, understood, and improved new processes, you will be responsible for documenting and creating training materials for our internal training platform.

Base Salary: Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) : €8,000 gross per month

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Informatics, Banking, or a comparable field of study

• Several years of relevant professional experience in the development, optimization, and management of business processes in a growing company environment

• Demonstrable experience in the implementation and further development of IT systems, as well as in accompanying complex digitalization projects

• Sound knowledge of project management and routine in leading and implementing internal projects

• Experience in process analysis and improvement, as well as in sustainable documentation and standardization of workflows

• Practical experience in creating training materials and conducting internal training and knowledge transfer

• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, organizational skills, result and solution orientation, as well as strong team orientation combined with a confident demeanor, independent work style, and a high degree of communication skills

• Excellent comprehension, high discipline, and precise work even under pressure

• Confident communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and understandably
