Tasks:

• Total responsibility for planning and controlling a global IT Workplace Redesign Project - Moderation and coordination of collaboration between Business, Security, technical experts, and the Workplace Core Team - Structuring, prioritizing, and translating very different requirements into executable technical concepts - Steering an agile, cross-functional project setup (workshops, backlog management, iteration planning) - Ensuring compliance with IT security and compliance guidelines in all client concepts - Accompanying the implementation of various client setups - e.g., for Office users, developers, production employees, and high-security environments (in Windows & Linux) - Stakeholder Management, including communication with technical teams, business departments, and C-level - Risk, budget, and timeline management - Preparation of decision-making briefings and management reports

Qualifications:

• Multiple years of experience in leading complex IT infrastructure or workplace projects - Fundamental expertise in steering interdisciplinary teams in an agile environment - High ability to present technical topics in a comprehensible manner while balancing complex requirements from various user groups - Secure handling with demanding stakeholders, including management and C-level - Outstanding structure, self-organization, and communication strength - Practical experience in projects focusing on client architectures, IT security, M365/Windows Workplace, or endpoint management
