ABOUT YOUR JOB

To this end, you always have a clear goal in mind: the success of your clients.

Close client relationships are a matter of course for us; as a reliable partner, you will often be on-site with the client and identify their important strategic goals together with them.

You will be a strategic advisor to management and maintain internal and external relationships.

Client Success

Your responsibility is the commercial project management and the successful project implementation, always together with our Engineering Teams.

When a project starts and expands, you will assemble the optimal Engineering Team for the project together with the Engineering Directors.

You will work closely with our Engineering Teams and identify any frictions in the respective project. Your responsibility is to eliminate these, thereby ensuring that the Engineering Team can work effectively and efficiently, and that our “Optimal Work Environment” is maintained.

You will be the Project Manager and initiate and moderate regular meetings, review sessions, and steering committees.

Client Development

In addition, you will develop business and convert our leads into existing customers.

You will continuously maintain and expand your network, understand the potentials of our clients, and focus together with Engineering on customer expansion.

ABOUT YOU

You have 2-4 years of work experience in a demanding environment (corporation, top-tier consulting, or similar).

You have a first-class university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

You are an entrepreneur at heart and have a strong “Customer-First Mindset” and excellent customer handling skills.

Ideally, you have experience in the commercial planning and delivery of complex large-scale software projects.

You are passionate about technology and first-class software engineering.

You work very precisely and are confident in handling numbers.

You speak fluent German (min. C1) and have business-fluent English.

You feel comfortable interacting with Engineers & Non-Engineers, are open and honest, and enjoy working in a team.

You have perseverance and “Situational Awareness” with an absolute will to succeed.

You enjoy working independently, taking responsibility, and growing with new challenges.

You want to continuously develop yourself in all commercial areas, especially in leadership, in order to take on team responsibility in the future due to our ambitious growth plans.
