What you do with us You will take on the technical and organizational leadership of demanding IT and digitalization projects and safely guide customers on their Cloud Journey. You will proactively advise on business consulting issues and process optimizations at the interface between business and IT, identify potentials, and develop tailor-made solution approaches. Digitalization, collaboration, and cloud shift are not just buzzwords for you; you think and act along modern IT and business processes to create real added value. You plan, coordinate, and steer projects agilely, classically, or hybrid – you can also act in the role of a (Technical) Product Owner for the customer as needed. You bring sound knowledge of current IT trend topics, especially cloud hyperscalers like AWS or Microsoft Azure, and use them specifically to solve operational and strategic challenges. You communicate clearly and convincingly at all levels – internally in the team as well as with the customer – and present results, roadmaps, and recommendations professionally and effectively. When you fit with us You have sound professional experience in IT project management or business consulting and have consequently participated successfully in several projects. You are very familiar with project management methods and can apply them depending on the customer scenario. You enjoy consulting, changing customers and work locations, and are eager to keep up with technology and methodology and to contribute to a dedicated team. You possess a consulting mindset, meaning you independently seek out tasks with customers, coordinate actively, maximize your utilization, and manage it yourself.
