About the Client Our client is an insurance market leader, but also an organization investing in digital transformation, data analytics development, and AI. Work Model Services are provided in a hybrid model (minimum 1 day per week at the client's office in Warsaw). To facilitate your project execution: - Experience in IT project management (min. 5–7 years), including leading complex, cross-functional technological projects. Experience with M&A projects and the insurance industry will be an additional asset. - Higher technical education (computer science, automation, mathematics, econometrics, or related). - Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe). - Broad knowledge and experience in managing projects related to changes in IT systems and implementing changes in large matrix organizations. - Good knowledge of tools supporting the management process, particularly MS Project, MS Excel, Copilot. - Ability to collaborate with Agile development teams. - Practical experience in working with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams (developers, analysts). - Skill in risk and budget management in technology projects. - Experience in managing projects with external and internal clients. - Business goal and delivered value orientation. Your Contribution to the Project - Leading and supervising the execution of IT projects in the organization, including coordinating the execution and implementation of projects. - Collaboration with development teams, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders. - Ensuring project compliance with the client's internal regulations. - Participation in the procurement process for software services. - Preparation and verification of project management documentation, particularly budgets, schedules, and required project registers. - Planning the work of the project team and reporting on the status of ongoing projects in the organization. - Operational management of suppliers in conducted projects. - Reporting project status to management and participating in strategic reviews. - Monitoring progress, managing risk, budget, and schedule.
