Job description
Responsibilities: Support Release Management processes and software deployments to production environments Monitor, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems Act as L2 support for incident handling, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed Perform incident management, root cause analysis and contribute to preventive improvements Support operational stability, system reliability and service availability across distributed platforms Collaborate with developers, IT teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime Identify and prioritize tasks to optimize resource utilization and reduce mean time to resolve (MTTR) Develop and maintain documentation for Release Management processes and procedures Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards and regulatory requirements Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, latency, throughput and error rates Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices Support the development of new features and services by providing production support and testing expertise
