At PGXperts GmbH in Fürth, we develop innovative software solutions for personalized medication through pharmacogenetics. Our goal is to support doctors in making therapies more individual, safer, and more effective.

That's why we are looking for you as a Senior IT & Operations Specialist (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

In your role, you will be hands-on operationally and at the same time responsible for the further development of our IT and operations structures. You will combine many years of IT experience with organizational skill and ensure that infrastructure and deployment processes work together optimally.

• You will further develop our IT and operations structures for secure, scalable operation.
• You will manage and optimize our IT infrastructure as well as cloud, network, and server environments.
• You will work hands-on on automation and DevOps topics.
• You will coordinate the deployment, integration, and operation of our solutions at customer sites.
• You will take on technical responsibility within the team and promote efficient collaboration.
• You will work closely with development, sales, product, and quality management.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in natural sciences, engineering, or economics, or a comparable qualification.
• You have sound knowledge of Linux, network technology, virtualization, and automation.
• You are happy to take on technical team leadership and have initial leadership experience.
• You convince with service orientation, organizational talent, and a hands-on mentality.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner.
• You have very good German and English language skills.
