Your Tasks

As (Senior) IT Operations Engineer (gn), you play a strategically important role in ensuring the stable, secure, and scalable operation of our Cloud-Only IT landscape. You drive standards, automation, and technical excellence forward, while also having a modern setup, challenging projects, and the opportunity to actively shape the future of the group's IT. • You standardize and automate central IT operations processes in our Cloud-Only environment (e.g., M365, Azure, Intune/UEM)
• Planning, implementation, and operation of complex M365/Azure configurations (e.g., Security, RBAC, MFA, IdP, Access Reviews) are part of your daily routine
• You take over incident-, problem- and change-management according to ITIL and process security incidents around EDR and M365 Defender
• You analyze complex disturbances sustainably, find loadable solutions, and ensure understandable documentation and targeted knowledge transfer

Your Strengths

• You bring several years of experience in the IT operations environment of complex system landscapes
• You master Microsoft 365 and Azure securely – including complex configurations and security aspects
• ITIL-based processes, sustainable disturbance analysis, and service-oriented operation are second nature to you
• You feel at home in IT Security Operations (e.g., EDR, Defender, Compliance)
• Communication, documentation, and knowledge transfer are among your greatest strengths
• You ideally score with automation skills (scripting, workflows, M365-automation) or first experiences with KI-based tools
• You have experience in Cloud-Only models, network basics, DR/BC, rounding out your profile
• You possess secure German (C1) and fluent English language skills (B2)
