Job description
- To monitor system and product performance using monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, generating analyses, alerts, and KPIs to support the products team and track operation health;
- To support technical meetings with internal and external clients;
- To receive, register, and solve calls through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), providing first- and second-level user support;
- To investigate, analyze, and diagnose the origin of failures and incidents, proposing the most efficient solution to restore normal service operation;
- To prepare and maintain updated technical documents, manuals, operational procedures, and knowledge base, sharing relevant information with the team and stakeholders;
- To plan and conduct training sessions, training users on new features or system updates;
- To monitor and analyze user satisfaction metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement in service and user experience.
