Ihre Aufgaben

• Support of rolling financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting and improvement of the related processes and tools

• Coordination of financial performance and identification of optimization potentialities

• Support in cost allocation both operationally and procedurally

• Preparing release of invoices including procedural workflows

• Steering and monitoring of master data maintenance by the commercial service provider

• Organization and optimization of document receipt

• Ensuring proper accounting, recording, and booking of all business transactions including payroll accounting, social security contributions, taxes, and required notifications

• Preparation and settlement of accounts receivable and payable for period-end closing

• Building up provisions for services rendered, for which invoices are not yet available by the end of the fiscal year

• Reviewing and processing incoming invoices and credits including correct allocation and accounting on customer projects

• Conducting debtor factoring including coordination of advance payments

• Management and steering of the collection process

• Filing and maintenance of open item lists for customers and suppliers

• Processing of payment transactions and ensuring account reconciliation with bank balances

• Monitoring and analyzing costs incurred during the business year including cost center, cost type, and cost bearer accounting

• Analysis and preparation of defined financial key figures for decision-making support

• Preparation and development of defined financial reports as well as creation of new reporting elements

• Preparing internal controls and processes to ensure financial integrity

• Acting as an interface and first point of contact to external corporate services (e.g. controlling, accounting, taxes, procurement) and for commercial questions towards suppliers and customers

Must-Anforderungen

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including proven experience in at least three of the mentioned role-specific task areas

• SAFe certification

• Proven project experience in commercial/financial project management or controlling roles

• Experience in rolling financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting as well as optimization of related processes and tools

• Fundamental knowledge in accounting and operational financial processes including accounting, recording, and booking of business transactions, debtor and creditor processes, factoring, collection process, and payment transactions

• Experience in cost type, cost center, and cost bearer accounting as well as established cost allocation models

• Experience in preparing and presenting financial key figures, KPI analysis, and financial reports for management/shareholders

• Experience in risk management and compliance regarding finances as well as preparation and steering of internal controls

• Experience as an interface to external corporate services (e.g. controlling, accounting, taxes, procurement) and central point of contact for operational commercial questions
