(Senior) IT Manager (m/f/d)

casavi is growing and our IT is growing with us. As a Senior IT Manager, you will take full responsibility for our IT organization, from SaaS governance and hardware management to process automation and internal tools. You will build on a solid foundation, improve what already exists, and create the structures we need to scale. A role where you can truly shape things. • SaaS & Tool Governance: You will take responsibility for our entire SaaS portfolio, from license management and access control to evaluating new tools and ensuring complete documentation and governance.

• AI & Process Automation: You will identify and implement AI-powered solutions to automate internal processes and increase productivity at casavi. You will support employees in evaluating and effectively using AI tools and establish clear guidelines for their safe and responsible use.

• Hardware & Contract Management: You will manage and optimize hardware contracts, keep track of contract durations, and ensure cost-efficient lifecycle management for Mac and Windows devices with Hexnode and NinjaOne.

• Employee IT Support (1st/2nd Level): You will take care of hardware procurement, device setup, lifecycle management, and internal tickets, ensuring fast and reliable support for all employees.

• Onboarding & Offboarding Redesign: You will analyze our existing onboarding and offboarding processes, identify weaknesses, and build a scalable, well-documented process, including the automation of Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• IT Research & Innovation: You will proactively evaluate new tools, technologies, and AI-powered solutions that improve internal productivity and efficiency.

• Security Foundations: You will enforce security standards (MFA, Least Privilege, VPN) and contribute to hardening our IT environment.

• IT Infrastructure: You will manage the office IT infrastructure (WLAN, meeting rooms, printers) and ensure secure network access for hybrid and remote work.

• Sound practical experience in IT organization, system administration, or workplace IT, ideally in a scale-up or SaaS company.

• Proficiency in MDM and RMM tools (ideally Hexnode and NinjaOne) and experience in managing a diverse hardware environment with macOS and Windows.

• Deep understanding of SaaS governance, IAM, and Access Management, including practical experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence. Ideally, you have already built such structures from scratch.

• A process-oriented mindset: You don't just solve problems, you develop systems that prevent them from occurring.

• Proactive, structured, and self-organized, capable of managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.

• Solid understanding of IT security principles, including SaaS audits, MFA and Least Privilege enforcement, and network and VPN management.

• Fluent German and English skills (C1+), as you will support employees in both languages.

• Practical experience in evaluating and implementing AI tools to improve internal workflows and productivity.
