Senior IT Management Consultant (m/w/d)

AT US You Will:

• Operate IT delivery projects – from planning to coordination to successful implementation

• Design data centers and infrastructure – migrations, consolidations, lifecycle management

• Optimize application operation models – deployment, monitoring, incident handling, release processes

• Take over provider control to ensure stable and SLA-compliant network and security services

• Stabilize and further develop end-user computing services (clients, mobile, collaboration, identity)

WHAT You Qualify:

• Multiple years of experience in IT management consulting that you successfully applied in different, complex project and customer environments

• Outstanding expertise in at least one of these IT management areas: ITSM, data center services, applications & platforms, end-user computing, network & security, or identity & access management

• Strong communication and analytical skills, paired with confident appearance in presentations and outstanding service orientation

• Routine in identifying customer potential (together with account management)

• Flexible travel readiness, from individual days per month to several days per week depending on project scope

• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking that you use confidently in the project and customer environment
