We are looking for a Senior IT Governance Analyst with a consultative profile, systemic vision, and strong articulation skills to work on strategic projects aligned with market best practices such as COBIT, ITIL, BPMN, and Global Governance Frameworks.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant in IT governance initiatives.
- Manage IT governance projects focusing on efficiency and maturity.
- Support teams in managing applications in ServiceNow.
- Conduct assessments of global technology policies and norms.
- SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND DOCUMENTATION OF NEW IT PROCESSES.
- Prepare and track performance indicators (KPIs) in Power BI.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with global policies.
- Align with global teams on best practices.
- Create executive presentations with data and strategic insights.
