Senior IT Executive (Warehouse)

About the Role The SCM IT role is responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of automated warehouse and supply chain systems to deliver products to every UNIQLO store and customer in Singapore. This role works closely with Logistics, Maintenance team, global HQ, and external vendors to minimize business impact from IT incidents while continuously improving system reliability and operational efficiency. The position combines hands-on IT operations, incident and problem management, and strategic planning to ensure seamless integration of warehouse systems with the overall supply chain. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies for optimizing warehouse automation and supply chain processes; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects that drive business value; • Designing, deploying, and maintaining automated warehouse systems, including robotics, computer vision, and machine learning technologies; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for data security, privacy, and integrity; • Providing technical guidance and support to warehouse operations team members; • Developing and managing budgets for IT projects and initiatives; • Collaborating with global HQ and external vendors to ensure alignment of IT strategies and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, supply chain management, and business process optimization, with experience in implementing automation technologies such as robotics, computer vision, and machine learning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
