Architecture & Development
In your daily work, you develop professional, mission-critical applications based on the Power Platform. You implement sophisticated Model-Driven Apps, model high-quality Dataverse structures, implement business logic, and automate processes with Power Automate. You use technologies like Power Pages, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Solution Layers to create robust yet flexible solutions that deliver real added value.
Integration & Interface Development – Your Focus
A significant part of your role involves deeply integrating Power Platform solutions into existing system landscapes. You develop integrations between the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) as well as other backend systems, work with REST APIs, OData, Virtual Entities, Custom Connectors, and Azure Web APIs, and ensure that data flows securely, performantly, and reliably. You design integration architectures, develop data flows, and ensure that Power Platform and Dynamics work together seamlessly.
Governance, Landing Zones & ALM
You help clients build a stable and future-proof Power Platform environment. This includes developing governance concepts, planning and implementing landing zones, structuring environments, and defining security and compliance standards. At the same time, you drive structured Application Lifecycle Management, build well-thought-out solution structures, and use DevOps pipelines to professionalize development and deployment processes.
Business Process Analysis & Solution Design
You analyze customer processes, identify optimization potential, and develop scalable technical designs from them. In close exchange with stakeholders, you translate business requirements into clean data models, logic, automations, and integration architectures. You combine low-code and pro-code approaches to ensure solutions are sustainably maintainable and technically sound.
Data Management, Virtual Entities & Dataflows
You work with relational databases, design data models, and develop data architectures that optimally fit business requirements. You connect external systems via Virtual Entities, use Dataflows and Power Query for ETL processes, and ensure consistent and clean data structures within Dataverse. The combination of data modeling, technical integration, and platform knowledge enables you to holistically design complex data landscapes.
Workshops & Enablement
You conduct workshops, train business units, and empower customer teams to use the Power Platform competently and securely. You convey best practices, explain solution approaches understandably, and build long-term competence among users.

Qualifications

Power Platform Experience (≥ 2 years)
You develop professional Model-Driven Apps, model Dataverse structures, implement business logic with Power Automate, work with Power Pages, and use Custom Connectors, AI Builder, and initial functions from Copilot Studio. ALM and Solution Management are familiar to you.
Integration Experience (Dynamics 365 & APIs)
You have ideally connected Power Platform solutions to Dynamics 365 or other enterprise systems, work confidently with REST/OData APIs, Virtual Entities, and Dataflows, and develop stable integrations. Experience with Azure Web APIs, Functions, or Logic Apps is a plus.
Strong Database & Data Modeling Skills
You master SQL Server or comparable systems, design clean ER models, work with normal forms, and create complex SQL queries. You can logically plan, document, and consistently transfer data structures into Dataverse.
Analytical & Conceptual Strength
Ability to understand business processes, derive optimal low-code/pro-code architectures, and make technical decisions in a comprehensible manner.
Communication Strength & Passion for Modern Microsoft Technologies
Very good German language skills and the motivation to further develop in topics such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI & Copilot.
