An international company in the field of electronics and drive technology develops and produces high-precision electronic components, control systems, and mechatronic components for industrial applications.

The focus lies on innovative manufacturing processes, high quality, and continuous development of technologies for internal and external customers from various high-tech industries.

Aufgaben

• System Ownership: You take over the technical and professional responsibility for our CAD-, PLM- and adjacent CAM applications (including interfaces) and drive their further development forward.
• Consulting & Anforderungsmanagement: As a central point of contact for the departments, you analyze business requirements, assess their feasibility, and translate them into smart, sustainable IT solutions.
• Projekt- & Release-Management: From planning to rollout – you steer changes, upgrades, and maintenance initiatives together with internal and external partners and conduct the necessary function and integration tests.
• Support & Steuerung: You steer the 2nd-Level-Support and ensure smooth cooperation with the 1st-Level, 3rd-Level-Support, as well as external service providers and system manufacturers.
• Harmonisierung: You establish standardization of our processes actively with and harmonize the system requirements of different locations and departments.

Qualifikation

• Deine Basis: A completed degree (Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent) or a comparable technical qualification.
• Erfahrung: You bring several years of experience in application support, IT system administration, or a similar role.
• Tech-Know-how: You possess fundamental knowledge in the CAD/PLM field (ideally in systems like Creo, CATIA or Windchill) – or have extremely strong technical basic knowledge and the motivation to quickly get familiar with these systems.
• Skillset: You understand how to penetrate complex processes, create technical documentation, and communicate on eye level with different stakeholders.
