We are currently looking for a Senior IT Consultant (m/w/d) as reinforcement for our team in IT Service Management at the Nuremberg location, starting immediately or upon agreement.

Aufgaben

You will take over the technical operation management for the personnel deployment software of our customers, both on-premise and in our own cloud platform, and ensure a stable, secure, and performant operation.

• You will take care of complex 2nd/3rd level support cases based on Microsoft technologies
• You will actively participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects and be a competent point of contact for our customers
• You will conduct installations, patches, and updates of software applications
• You will support sales in presales, analyze customer requirements, and work together on technical evaluations and offers
• You will provide professional guidance to the team, support colleagues with technical questions, and drive best practices and technical further development forward together

Qualifikation

• A completed education as a specialist in computer science for system integration, IT systems technician, or IT service technician, or higher-level qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the fields of IT consulting, IT administration, and project management
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows and Linux servers paired with a high database affinity (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL)
• Solid experience in using network and firewall technologies as well as ticket systems according to the ITIL process model
• Experience in dealing with complex, modern systems is an advantage
• A secure handling of monitoring solutions for the surveillance and analysis of IT systems, as well as basic scripting skills for automation and evaluation
• A sovereign, confident personality with clear communication, team orientation, high quality awareness, and a safe appearance towards customers
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
