As an IT Consultant & Business Architect, you are the strategic partner for our clients in redesigning their process and IT landscape. You advise financial service providers in preparing for large transformations. The special thing about us: You don't just think strategically, but you use state-of-the-art AI tools to actively help shape the leap from technical architecture to technical delivery and to transform concepts into tangible results more quickly.

Responsibilities

What awaits you: Advising, Structuring, Implementing

• Strategic Technical Consulting: You analyze and define business processes and technical architectures as the foundation for complex system changes
• Methodical Process Design: You optimize end-to-end processes and derive robust target visions for IT architecture from them
• AI-supported Delivery: You use AI-supported development tools to assist with technical implementation – whether it's creating API specifications, data mappings, or prototyping system components
• Architecture Design: You develop system architectures considering API-ization, microservices, and security standards like OAuth 2.0
• Workshop Leadership: You moderate meetings at eye level with business departments and IT decision-makers to achieve consensus on functional and technical requirements
• Dual Added Value: Your consulting is an independent business model, but at the same time, it serves to optimally position our own solutions in the market

Qualifications

Your Profile: Strong analytical skills and technology enthusiasm

• Experience: Several years of practical experience in consulting, business analysis, or technical architecture in the Financial Services environment
• Domain Knowledge: You understand the functional and regulatory challenges (e.g., segregation of duties) of the financial world
• Tech Affinity & AI: You find IT & technology exciting and are motivated to use AI tools (e.g., claude cowork/ code or openai frontier) to increase efficiency in technical documentation or the delivery process
• Methodology: Confident use of process modeling and deriving technical requirements from business needs
• Personality: You are a confident communicator with a hands-on mentality who enjoys forging innovative paths in consulting
• Language Skills: Very good German and English skills round off your profile
