(Senior) IT Consultant (all genders) - Active Directory, PKI & Security

As part of the teccle group, teccle motion stands for holistic IT solutions with managed services, modern workplace, and scalable infrastructure. As part of our 7-person Microsoft team, we are looking for dedicated support as soon as possible.

What you will drive with us

With us, it's not just about what you can do - but also what you achieve. In this role, you will contribute to the following points:

• Expansion of the competence area of Active Directory, PKI, and Identity Security as a strategic service portfolio for our clients

• Successful planning and implementation of demanding hardening, security, and migration projects in the Windows Server and Active Directory environment

• Identification, evaluation, and sustainable reduction of security risks in complex Active Directory, PKI, as well as hybrid and legacy environments

• Development of secure, scalable, and future-proof architectural concepts for Microsoft-based identity and infrastructure platforms

• Trustworthy consulting of clients on technical and strategic issues, as well as support with architectural and technology decisions - remote and on-site (travel approx. 10-20%)

• Further development of modern identity and access management solutions with a growing focus on Microsoft Entra ID and cloud-based security architectures

What makes you shine with us

• You have several years of practical experience in Active Directory, including in-depth know-how in AD Security Hardening, AD CS / PKI, and Windows Server administration

• You work independently on projects, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations

• Ideally, you have additional technical experience, e.g., in failover clusters, PowerShell automation, auditing & security logging, or Entra ID / Azure ID

• You have an IT-related apprenticeship, a completed degree, relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, MCITP), or comparable qualifications

• You communicate confidently and structurally in German and English - within the team, with clients, and in everyday work

• You live in the south or west of Germany and are authorized to work here - this allows us to work together smoothly and effectively on a daily basis
