Senior IT Consultant / Administrator (m/f/d)

IT All-Rounder for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises – Technically Strong, Consulting at Eye Level.
You know IT – from the client to complex infrastructure. At the same time, you understand customers, recognize potential for improvement, and develop solutions that are technically and economically sensible.
Your Role

• You will support medium-sized customers in the Hanover region and actively develop their IT.
• You will analyze existing IT structures, identify risks and potential for improvement, and implement suitable solutions.
• You will get hands-on yourself: configuring systems, troubleshooting – hands-on is part of your approach.
• You will take responsibility, explain technical topics clearly, and involve specialists or sales as needed.

• Several years of practical IT experience – certificates are not the deciding factor for us.
• You are an all-rounder: no fear of operational technology, but also able to penetrate complex structures.
• Openness to AI and new tools – for automation, better processes, and new solutions.
• Confident interaction with customers and decision-makers as well as clear, understandable communication.
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and an eye for where IT can become better, more secure, or more efficient.
