Your tasks

• Collaboration with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements (including business processes, data formats, and non-functional requirements)
• Translation of business requirements into (detailed) technical specifications
• Coordination of technical solution designs with architects and/or (lead) developers
• Close collaboration with developers, architects, and testers to develop solutions that meet business objectives
• Documentation of workflows and technical specifications

Your profile

• Experience in the technical business analysis environment
• Relevant professional experience in the financial services/banking industry or in consulting
• Sound technical knowledge (e.g., good basic understanding of SQL, Java, Python, APIs, Microservices, etc.) as well as experience with relevant tools along the SDLC lifecycle and in agile and/or classic waterfall projects and methods
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence as well as a 'hands-on' mentality for the successful implementation of results
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient German language skills as well as fluent English skills
