Senior IT Analyst (Data / Business Analysis) @ DCG Sp. z o.o

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, data analysis, or a similar role Strong experience in relational databases design, querying, and optimization Hands-on experience with Big Data platforms (e.g. Hadoop, Hive, Impala, PySpark, HQL), including data querying and processing Experience working with JSON data formats Experience with standardized data models (e.g. Canonical Data Model) Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and refinement in data-related projects Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions using data-driven insights Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify key trends and patterns in large datasets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members Experience working in an Agile environment Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
