We are looking for you as a team member of our Technical Consulting department at our location in Bochum. Join the thinkGROUP and support us as a Senior IT Administrator (m/w/d).

After consultation, the activity can also be carried out in our locations in Münster, Hamburg, Mainz, Nürnberg, or Leipzig.

Aufgaben

• Administration and maintenance of our internal IT systems and networks
• Installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software
• Support for employees with IT-related questions and problems
• Monitoring system performance and conducting regular backups
• Implementation of security measures to protect the IT infrastructure
• Documented IT processes and systems

Qualifikation

• Completed IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker/in for Systemintegration or Informationselektroniker/in) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in IT administration
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technologies
• Experience with virtualization technologies is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Teamwork, communication strength, and a service-oriented attitude
