Job description

We are looking for you as a team member of our Technical Consulting department at the Bochum location as soon as possible. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as a Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d).
The activity can also be carried out in our branches in Münster, Hamburg, Mainz, Nuremberg or Leipzig.
Tasks
Administration and maintenance of our internal IT systems and networks
Installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software
Support for employees with IT technical questions and problems
Monitoring of system performance and execution of regular backups
Implementation of security measures to protect the IT infrastructure
Documentation of IT processes and systems
Qualification
Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or information electronics technician) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in IT administration
In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technologies
Experience with virtualization technologies is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude
