Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join our Technical Consulting department at the Bochum location as soon as possible. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as a Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d).

The position can also be performed in our branches in Münster, Hamburg, Mainz, Nuremberg or Leipzig.

Tasks

• Administration and maintenance of our internal IT systems and networks
• Installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software
• Support for employees with IT-related questions and problems
• Monitoring of system performance and execution of regular backups
• Implementation of security measures to protect the IT infrastructure
• Documentation of IT processes and systems

Qualifications

• Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or information electronics technician) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in IT administration
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technologies
• Experience with virtualization technologies is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, and a service-oriented attitude
