Senior IT Administrator - Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (m/f/d)

Tasks You are responsible for the smooth operation and strategic further development of our Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments. This includes: * Operation and administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) * User and group management in Azure AD / Entra ID * Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions * Implementation and management of security policies and compliance requirements within Microsoft 365 * Administration and optimization of the Exchange Online environment * Support and training for users on Microsoft 365 applications and features * Troubleshooting and problem solving in the Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environment * Collaboration with internal IT teams and external service providers * Participation in IT projects for the expansion and optimization of our IT infrastructure Your Profile * Completed studies in computer science, a comparable vocational training with relevant professional experience, or equivalent practical experience * Several years of professional experience in IT administration, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure AD * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD / Entra ID administration * Experience with identity and access management (IAM) and SSO solutions (e.g., SAML, OAuth) * Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices in cloud environments * Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for automation tasks is an advantage * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication and presentation skills * Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) What we offer * A secure job in a family-run, innovative, and internationally active company * A challenging and varied area of responsibility * Opportunity to actively shape the IT infrastructure of the future * Further training and development opportunities * Performance-related remuneration * Attractive social benefits * Collegial and appreciative work environment
