By bundling the knowledge available in the team, you'll pack processes pragmatically and help us develop the digital foundation for education – for colleagues, participants, and the company.

Aufgaben

• You shape our modern IT landscape: You are responsible for administering and developing our cloud and collaboration platforms (including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and ensure a scalable, future-proof use within our organization.
• You keep our workplaces efficient: You manage and optimize endpoints (Intune, Windows Autopilot), develop automated setups for training and administrative environments, and establish clear, administable, and scalable standards.
• You ensure a stable IT operation across all locations: You ensure the reliable functioning of our IT infrastructure, structure and steer IT operations processes, and support harmonization of location- and society-crossing structures.
• You keep security and data in mind: You work with network and security systems, develop protection measures further, and are responsible for sustainable backup & recovery concepts including uniform guidelines.
• You work networked and strengthen the team: You document systems and processes transparently, lead support and helpdesk colleagues professionally, and develop practical solutions with central and decentralized IT contacts for multiple locations and societies.

Qualifikation

• You bring fundamental IT experience: Several years of practice in administering modern IT environments – particularly Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and endpoint management with Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• You understand infrastructure holistically: You have experience with location-crossing IT infrastructures and possess solid knowledge in network and security systems, backup & recovery concepts, and data protection (DSGVO).
• You think in standards and solutions: You bring experience in standardizing and automating IT workplaces, document securely and transparently, and develop scalable approaches.
• You work structured and with a focus on the essential: You organize and steer IT operations processes, set priorities in dynamic environments, and act responsibly and economically.
• You communicate clearly and are service-oriented: You work well in teams, are confident in exchanges with colleagues and participants, and convince through a solution-oriented appearance.
• You take responsibility and share your knowledge: You work independently, support colleagues in support and helpdesk professionally, and enjoy sharing your expertise.
