Tasks

• Professional leadership and strategic development of Workplace IT, as well as responsibility for the smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure at our Ehingen (Donau) and Ulm locations
• Operation, administration, and maintenance of our system landscapes
• Independent analysis of complex disturbances, root cause identification, and sustainable troubleshooting
• Operation, monitoring, and API management of Anthropic, OpenAI & Co. including cost and access control
• Implementation, maintenance, and integration of productive bot, agent, and RAG solutions (Azure AI Foundry) into corporate IT
• Secure, GDPR-compliant AI usage, as well as consulting and training of specialist departments
• Execution of IT projects and creation of standards and processes in support

Qualification

• Completed IT degree, IT training (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration - IT Specialist System Integration), or comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in IT operations, including Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment and Microsoft Azure
• Initial practical experience or strong interest in AI technologies, APIs, data processing, and AI-supported tools
• Very good knowledge of Windows client operating systems, especially installation, error analysis, policies, user profiles, drivers, and updates
• Initial leadership experience or project management in the IT environment
• Strong service orientation as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
