Job description

The zetcom group develops and offers globally leading software solutions and services for a variety of customer scenarios in the field of Collection Management Software (SaaS). Over 1100 international customers and well over 7000 users are supported by our 100 employees from our headquarters in Switzerland as well as our branches in Germany, USA, France, Spain, Finland, Australia, and our worldwide sales partners.

You will take overall responsibility for our internal IT and support our employees in seven countries. You will work operationally on-site in Berlin as well as closely with our IT partners in Germany and Switzerland.

As the central point of contact for our employees, you will also be a technical sparring partner for our Information Security Officer in maintaining our ISO 27001 certification and manage cooperation with our external IT service providers.

A solid existing IT landscape with exciting development projects awaits you: This includes the gradual setup and in-house takeover of parts of Microsoft 365 administration, the successful implementation of ongoing security projects, and the modernization of the IT infrastructure at our Berlin location.

Tasks

Ensure that our employees can work productively: Independently and practically resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Thanks to comprehensive administrator rights and short decision-making processes, you can provide support quickly and efficiently.

Be responsible for the entire hardware lifecycle: From laptops and mobile devices to firewalls. This includes procurement, inventory, replacement, and disposal in cooperation with our IT partners.

Administer our cloud systems: This includes Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), our password management system, and other central IT applications.

Work closely with our Information Security Officer: Support the implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and cyber security measures, such as access reviews, firewall and VPN policies, and endpoint security.

Manage our external IT service providers: Take over the coordination of requests, regular coordination meetings, cost control, and the management of contracts and services.

Modernize the network infrastructure at our Berlin location: Accompany the further development of firewall and backup solutions and support the replacement of the remaining legacy Windows domain. An exciting IT transformation that you can actively shape from the very beginning.

Be responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of our employees: Set up user accounts, devices, and access rights and ensure that everything runs smoothly from the first to the last working day.

Actively contribute to shaping our internal IT strategy: Ensure structured and up-to-date documentation, well-maintained asset management, and proper management of software licenses.

Qualification

Sound experience in internal IT administration or IT management, ideally in a medium-sized company with multiple locations.

Very good knowledge in Microsoft 365 administration (especially Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, and SharePoint). Experience with Windows Servers is advantageous, especially in connection with the replacement and modernization of existing legacy environments.

Know-how in the area of networks and firewalls (e.g., pfSense or comparable solutions) as well as a good understanding of established IT security standards and best practices. Experience with ISO 27001 is advantageous.

Experience in cooperating with and managing external IT service providers, including coordinating services, priorities, and service quality.

Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style: You enjoy getting involved yourself and quickly finding practical solutions, rather than unnecessarily escalating problems.

Strong service orientation and communication skills: You enjoy working with people and communicate confidently and professionally in German and English.

Benefits

  • Very varied work in an international and collegial team
  • The chance to contribute your own ideas and take responsibility
  • The unique opportunity to work at the exciting intersection of high-tech and culture
  • Workplace in an innovative company with flexible working hours and hybrid work models
  • Workation (4 weeks per year)
  • Subsidy for the Deutschlandticket amounting to 30 Euros

As an international company with deep roots in the cultural sector, we understand diversity as an enrichment and success factor. We foster a working environment characterized by appreciation, respect, and openness, and welcome people from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

We also expect this attitude from our employees and partners.

Do you want to make a difference, take responsibility, and shape the future together with us? Then we look forward to getting to know you. We are happy to assist you with any questions.
