Senior Investment Analyst - Real Estate (Milano)

Page Personnel The selected resource will be responsible for: - Financial analysis and valuation of investment and divestment operations. - Economic-financial due diligence on real estate assets (residential, commercial, logistics). - Construction and updating of predictive models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis). - Monitoring of asset performance and portfolio KPIs. - Support in drafting business plans and documentation for investment committees. - Benchmarking market trends and analyzing real estate trends. - Interaction with asset management, development, legal, and technical teams. - Presentations and reporting to investors and funds. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering Management or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. - Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial models. - Familiarity with real estate valuation tools and management software. - Good knowledge of the English language.
