Senior Investment Analyst

For our regional headquarters in Singapore we are looking for a Senior Investment Analyst Your main responsibilities Independent creation, testing and further development of integrated financial models for project valuations and transaction execution. Perform in-depth market research, including macro and micro-economic trends, market dynamics, regulatory frameworks and policy environment to support investment decisions. Conduct detailed due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including technical, commercial, legal, and financial aspects. Prepare and present investment proposals, including financial analyses, risk assessments, and recommendations to the investment committee. Support the negotiation of transaction documents, including term sheets, share purchase agreements, and other legal documentation. Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular reporting to management. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, lenders, and advisors. Mentor and train junior team members. Your profile Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, preferably in the renewable energy sector or infrastructure. Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. Experience in project finance and M&A transactions is a plus.
