Job description
We’re seeking a Senior or Intermediate Fire Engineer to join a highly regarded consultancy, delivering innovative and practical fire engineering solutions across a wide range of building projects.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from design to delivery
- Develop efficient, buildable fire engineering designs and reports
- Carry out site inspections and provide technical advice
- Mentor and support junior engineers
- Collaborate with architects, builders, councils, and other consultants
- 6+ years’ relevant fire engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of NZ Building Code, standards, and fire systems
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and generate repeat work
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering (Fire / Civil / Structural background)
