Senior Interior/Retail Designer - (m/w/d)

We have built one of the leading boutique Pilates concepts in Germany with established locations, such as Berlin, Cologne, and Hamburg.

Now we are going into the next phase: Expansion. New cities. New studios. New spaces.

At the same time, we are developing a new Functional Training concept with more power, intensity, and a holistic approach that combines Strength, Movement, and Recovery, creating a completely new studio experience.

And that's where you come in.

Because strong brands need spaces that make them tangible.

From the first idea to the final implementation, you design the locations where our vision becomes visible and tangible.

Aufgaben

Your Role

You are responsible for the design vision of the brand in space. Each location will be individually designed. Your task is to develop this diversity while ensuring a clear design line and quality.

Conceptualization of individual room and design concepts per location

• Creation and control of mood boards, material, and color concepts
• Responsibility for look & feel, atmosphere, and brand translation in space
• 3D visualizations and renderings
• Development and maintenance of design guidelines
• Definition and documentation of all relevant design decisions (e.g. wall colors, materials, furniture)
• Quality control of all design outputs (internally & externally)
• Closely working with freelancers in the concept and design phase
• Clarifying design questions before signing a lease agreement
• Realization of studios / site management on location
• Organization of topics such as repairs, adjustments, and further developments (e.g. exchanging furniture, coordinating with carpenters etc.)
• Closely working with senior project managers

Qualification

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of Interior / Retail / Brand Spaces
• Strong focus on concept, design, and aesthetics
• Very secure in: mood boards & concept development
• 3D visualization & rendering
• High sense for materiality, colors, and details
• Able to interpret a brand spatially consistently while still individually
• High design standards and clear design holding
• Deep understanding of implementation, budgets, and technical requirements to realistically steer design decisions
