Senior Interior Designer

Role Description As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client. Roles & Responsibilities To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of design principles. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits. • Conduct client meetings and assessments to understand their needs and preferences. • Create design concepts based on client feedback and project requirements. • Collaborate with other departments, such as architecture and engineering, to ensure a cohesive design approach. • Manage and coordinate the installation of designs, including selecting materials and vendors. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for installed designs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Interior Design. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts.
