Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join an international hospitality group. The role will be based in Ticino and involves working on projects across various European locations. Your Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of high-end residential and/or commercial interior projects Develop creative concepts aligned with luxury standards Select premium materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting with strong attention to detail Prepare mood boards, layouts, 3D visualizations, and other visual aids for clients and stakeholders Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations. Your Skills: Strong portfolio of interior design projects with a focus on hospitality and luxury residential spaces Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability principles.
