Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, excellent client management skills, and the ability to oversee projects from concept development through final execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to completion. Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Develop comprehensive design concepts and present them to clients for approval. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Manage budgets, timelines, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and products that meet design specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Provide exceptional client service by maintaining open communication channels and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, 5+ years of experience in interior design, and proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. Proficiency in Revit is an asset. Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, lighting design, and materials science is required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. Certification in LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) or WELL AP (Well Building Standard Accredited Professional) is an asset.
