Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Interior Designer Cum Project Manager to lead and coordinate interior design projects. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of projects. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and expectations. • Provide design concepts, recommendations, and solutions that meet client requirements. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and project management skills. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience as an interior designer and project manager. • Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and visual merchandising. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, and other design tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
