Senior Interim Manager in Healthcare in Employment

What will you do? 
As an interim manager, you will be deployed at Cordaan locations where extra leadership and change are needed. This means you will carry out temporary project-based assignments within the organization, where you will switch gears quickly, bring structure, and help stabilize teams in crisis. You will start each assignment by creating a project plan and ensuring its successful execution. You will ensure that employees can function optimally and provide quality care. 

Your main tasks: 

• Leadership in complex situations: You provide clarity, make decisive choices, and create a safe and structured work environment. 

• Change Management: You guide departments through transitions and ensure lasting improvements in care quality and team dynamics. 

• Putting Operations in Order: You monitor and report monthly on finances, employee satisfaction, and turnover. 

• Strengthening Collaboration: You involve volunteers, informal caregivers, and family members in the well-being of clients. 

• Coaching and Inspiring: You help colleagues at the location grow, so they can do their work with pleasure and confidence.

• A one-year contract (32 - 36 hours per week) with the prospect of a permanent position; 

• Salary in accordance with CAO VVT FWG 60: min. € 4,157 and max. € 6,171 gross (based on 36 hours per week); 

• Extras: End-of-year bonus (8.33%) and holiday allowance (8%); 

• Travel expenses: a reimbursement of € 0.21 per km and a bicycle plan; 

• Pension accrual via Pension Fund Healthcare & Welfare;

Who are you? 
You are a manager with a strong personality and extensive experience in crisis and change management in healthcare. You can work project-based and know how to motivate teams and successfully implement changes. 

Furthermore, you have: 

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a manager; 

• A completed higher professional education (hbo) degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a similar field, and an additional course or training in change and/or crisis management; 

• Experience with managing multiple change or crisis management processes in healthcare; 

• Demonstrable proficiency in at least 3 of the following competencies (evidenced by a recent talent scan or 360⁰ feedback): results orientation, vision, change management, and influence.

Where will you work? 
As an interim manager, you can be deployed within one of Cordaan's various care domains in Amsterdam in elderly care, Youth, Mental Health Care (GGZ), and disability care. You will be flexibly deployed at locations where temporary support is needed, allowing you to make an impact where it truly counts.
